Easy

This types of Trip is suitable for beginner trekkers or those with limited experience. The daily trekking distance is generally shorter, typically around 5-7 hours per day, and the altitude gain is limited, usually below 3,000 meters. Suitable for  all ages. They opportunity to experience beautiful natural surroundings, interact with local communities.

Moderate

This types of Trip is suitable for those with some trekking experience, and who are comfortable with walking on variable terrain for extended periods of time.  The daily trekking distance is generally longer and the altitude gain  up to 4,000 meters. Moderate treks require physical fitness and may include some challenging sections. 

Challenging

This types of trip is suitable for those with a high level of trekking experience, and who are comfortable with physically and mentally demanding conditions. The daily trekking distance is generally longer, typically around 8-10 hours, and the altitude gain may be significant, up to 5,000 meters or higher. Challenging treks require a high level of physical fitness and mental toughness.

Strenuous

Strenuous trip grade is suitable for those with a very high level of trekking experience, and who are comfortable with physically and mentally demanding conditions. The daily trekking distance is generally longer, typically around 8-12 hours or more, and the altitude gain may be significant, up to 5,000 meters or higher. Strenuous treks require a very high level of physical fitness and mental toughness.
